Data Deletion Policy – Naturel Farm

Account Cancellation Instructions

If you have logged in to Naturel Farm using your Google or Apple account, you can cancel your account through your respective platform settings. Please follow the instructions below:

For Google:

• Log in to your Google Account.
• Navigate to the Security section in your account settings.
• Scroll down to Third-party apps with account access.
• Find Naturel Farm and click Remove Access.
• Confirm the removal when prompted.

For Apple:

• Log in to your Apple ID account page or open the Settings app on your device.
• Go to Apps Using Apple ID.
• Find Naturel Farm in the list and click Stop Using Apple ID.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the removal.

Data Deletion Request Processing Time

If you wish to request the deletion of any remaining personal data from our systems, please contact us via email.

Upon submitting a deletion request, we will process your request within 30 days. During this period, we will verify your identity, ensure that all required data is deleted, and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
